WELCOME

I'm so excited to have you join me on my porch in Montana for a cup of coffee and a momentary visit. I often say that living is Montana is a little piece of heaven, so pull up a chair and enjoy the view. There's a scent of pine in the air, and a crispness to the breeze as it washes down over snow-capped mountains. The silence of the landscape is sometimes broken by the rustling of the aspen trees or a hawk screeching overhead, but even better is when that quiet is set aside for the laughter and conversation of good friends.

Writing Christian fiction has been a ministry and joy for me. My goal is that every book I write--whether it's a historical novel for a series, a standalone contemporary novel, a novella or a nonfiction book--would entertain, educate, and encourage each reader in whatever way God sees fit. This is my mission field and passion.

As a reader, you share an important part of my life. No author stands alone. There are so many people to whom I owe a huge thank you.  My readers, and those pursuing the writing dream who've attended my workshops, are certainly included in that number.

So many times I've heard in your letters that my books encourage you--that you found important Bible application and hope. During book signings and events, you've told me how the stories educated you and motivated you to visit the locales sited in the books. And of course there have been those who shared the ultimate joy--that the books have brought them to God.

Without you, I would continue to write, but there would be a void of completion that comes only when friends share life and love with each other, and for that...I thank you. I hope that you'll stay in touch and I pray that you will be blessed--that God will strengthen and encourage you, and that no matter the story or the setting--you would fall more passionately in love with Him.
